can these be saved or not

No harm in trying. I'd pack them in moist spagnum moss or vermiculite. Don't put holes in the container either. There are a few there that look like they will rehydrate. Best of luck and let us know what happens.
Terri

ok thank you do you recon i should spray them directly or just around the edges :shrugs: thankx for your help

hey iv done what terri said to do but i put 1 piece of paper towle then the eggs then sphagnum moss and 1 more piece of paper towle on the top dose this sound ok to you thankx so much for your help ;)

I put a layer of spagnum moss, then eggs, then a light "dusting" of more spagnum. I've found that the paper towels dry out too fast and they tend to mold easily. You don't need to compound you problem with mold! Make sure the moss is not sopping wet; just moist. I look forward to seeing pics of plump little "marshmallows."
Terri

I have always used perlite with a "dusting" (sorry Terri it was just so womanly :spinner:) of sphagnum moss around the eggs. I have done this for years and have a great hatch rate.
Terri is right on the money with this though. Some of them can be saved if you follow Terri's advice.....

It's not been an entire day yet even~ pack them up like suggested (I personally use damp moss~ some under~ some on top so I can't even see the eggs). Them leave them alone. don't look~ don't touch~ don't peek.......for AT LEAST A WEEK~ better two weeks before you even peek. NO TOUCHY! Good luck!

"So WOMANLY?" Ron, are them fightn' words? LOL
:laugh01:
Cheryl points out an essential part of the "recipe for success" (womanly enough for you Ron?). LEAVE THEM BE! It takes a while for them to plump. I know you are worried and nervous but every time you open the container and unpack the moss you set the process back hours. Patience will be rewarded. Pack them and forget them, ignore them, pretend they are a lost cause and in a week's time you might be pleasantly surprised with Phoenix eggs! Don't cheat, no peeking.

Again, listen to the ladies. They know their stuff!

Sorry Terri, you know I couldn't resist! :shrugs:

ok thanks alot for all your help i will leave them alone for a week then ill give an update to whats going on thankx so much :flames:

Before anyone wastes too much time trying to help this kid out, keep in mind that he has a history of being a liar and a troll. His particular trollish specialty usually involves egg care. I recommend that members read this thread (make sure you read the whole thing).

http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42067

The data on both of the photos he's posted in this thread indicate that they were taken on 11/12/2007. With most posters I'd be willing to entertain the idea that the datestamp on their camera was set wrong. But with this guy's history, I'm not so willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Plus, if you read the thread I linked, you'll see that he has a history of stealing photos and presenting them as his own.

"corns are cool": Why don't you explain this situation a little better. I'm about to permanently ban you for persistent trolling unless you can give me a good reason not to.

Maybe I'm out of line here, but sounds like a good idea. This guy is a joke and ruins, an otherwise, terrific site. I can't stand people like him.:angry01:

Based on past history of lieing and trolling i vote to ban him i personaly do not want to be wasting my time looking at post he has made that are sure to be more lies

if you look closely roy you can see that they are my photos because theres no link a by the way rick said if i do it again he'll ban me personaly

Dean, go ahead. It's clear the "kid" really does not care about his snakes or he would stop bredding. He does not seem to want to take the advice given to him now. Trolling is something none of us want to see here.

Corns are cool, you are lucky that Dean is giving you a chance to explain yourself. In fact your lucky to even be here. Do yourself a favor and just leave us all alone.

You've explained nothing and proven nothing. Why are the photos stamped for November of last year? Rich (not Rick) is not the "stolen photo police", so he doesn't investigate every photo posted. The fact that he hasn't banned you does not prove that these photos are yours. Why don't you just admit that you're lying here? You have no eggs. We've been through this multiple times with you before.

Here's a photo I took of my uncle. You can tell it's mine, Einstein, because there's no link.
