I feel so informal without a capital letter in the beginning of my username. Can I fix this? I would PM Rich about it, but don't want to bug him until I see if there's any other options.

I believe that the members with the greatest percentage of capital letters in their nym are the best members......
 
Thanks for asking this question. I've searched around to fix this very issue and came up empty. I don't know why it bothers me that I was stupid and didn't type my screen name in properly. Must be all those years in Catholic school. I'm scarred for life! LOL Of course if it helps my plea any, I am a Contributor....;)

I'm a paranoid perfectionist with close to no life, so everything bothers me. :uhoh:

I don't know, maybe I never thought about the fact that I might be on these forums for another 10 years (or more), and wasn't putting my full effort into making an account.

pffft, it's those of us that can appropriately use an aesthetically pleasing arrangement of capital letters, lowercase letters and numbers. Bummer for the rest of you.

I don't mind usernames (ok- I hate mine but other's) as long as they make good posts. If I were you I'd just leave it alone and worry about something else...

I tend to agree, you don't think very often... I can only assume because you choose not to make a great effort into making your account, you were not expecting to last here very long yourself..

I wasn't expected to be on here very long at all. Before I came to CS, I used Yahoo! Answers. I actually found a link in there to this forum. The link brought me to the "How many snakes do you have" thread with a poll. I wanted to vote in that poll, so I quickly signed up.

But yes, I'm not going to bother messing with my username :)
