Color development question.

How long does it take for a corn snake to develop it's "final" colors? Is there such a thing as "final" color for a corn?

From what I can find between forums, google, books, etc, color may never really stop changing, and at least some morphs can continue to change throughout their adult lives. But is there a point where color generally stabilizes, and I can say "this is what color my snake is"?

My yearling snakes still seem to be changing color slowly over time, which has been so fascinating to watch. Does this stop when they reach maturity, or do they continue to develop color over their lives?

Thanks!

Usually between 3 and 5 years of age, based on my critters, is when the colors tend to 'finalize', or at least the changes stop being so dramatic.
