I'm sorry to hear the little guys wouldn't have made it. Sad thing.
But if you have strong evidence your snake has never been with a male in her whole life (even if she was with one a while ago she could retain sperm) then I think some further investigation is in order. If this was a case of true parthenogenesis, it would be very rare. I spent part of the afternoon combing the scientific literature about parthenogenesis in snakes and reptiles and I didn't find any published reports of it occurring in corn snakes. I think you should try to contact a local university with a herp department - it would be really cool if you could prove this case.
