I've dusted off my spaetzle maker, but I've lost my favorite recipe. Anyone have a good one that's also easy??
 
NO, sadly I only have bad spaetzle recipes, and the kind they sell at the supermarket is gross but I have found that World Market sells a decent package of pre made. I didn't know there was a spaetzle maker, my Mother in Law who does have a good recipe uses the holes of a noodle strainer to make hers. If I can get her recipe I will let you know.

3 tbsp butter for the pan

Those sound really rich, Kathy...perfect! Do I put the water in the mix?? These are pan made rather than made with a spaetzle hex?
