Daytona 2007

Ok...slightly :-offtopic from the t-shirt convo...my sister is coming down with us to the show. What that means is that I need to get her a vendor badge (somewhere) since Jonathan and I are using the two for our table. I don't want her wandering around Daytona by herself (and my parents would kill me) so she needs to get in with us at vendor time. Does anyone have an extra vendor badge for their table or know of someone that does? I don't mind paying for it at all (that's a given) but really need to get her in with us. I'm open to all suggestions!

Daytona!!!

Shipping: I am FedEx and Delta certified and would be more than happy to ship animals from the show especially if you purchase something from me. I usually leave Sunday right after the show closes and could ship everything Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Obviously there will be details that need to be ironed out but if you are interested PM, email me, or stop by my table.

I think you might have just got your self into trouble :grin01:
Maybe us Socal people could go together and have you just ship one big package.
I actually thought about getting set up with delta just so all us Socal folks could get our snakes back here with out paying to ship every one by its self.
I would be more than happy to buy somthing from you or kick you a few bucks to help us out.
Thanks Jeff!!!

wow guys, I am so jealous. Soooooo jealous.

I wish I could come!

Don't forget to take loads of pictures at the show, and then post them up here, so that all us far-away folks can sigh and wish that WE'D been there.....

If it comes down to it Weston and I would be a sponsor ....we will not be vending in Daytona, but we do breed.(Great advertising in my opinion) Put me down for one medium.

I SECOND THAT! I would love to be able to go to a big herp show and meet those that will be there. Please keep those of us who can't go in mind when your all there and having a great time!..... :)

I just wanted to add, if you are not going to Daytona, feel free to order a shirt! This certainly isn't restricted to those able to go to the show!

Great idea babe (VinnyJ) You didn't mention the shirt thing to me, but I like your ideas, I think we talked about it last year with some of the others but nothing ever came of it and if someone is willing to put something together that has the means I know we would be interested!!! :crazy02:

I didn't realize you were a designer either. I'd love to see what you come up with too. I only suggested a contest to give anyone else that wanted to try a shot at it.

As far as ideas for the shirt here are my initial thoughts. It should:

- not say anything about the reptile show by name (for legal reasons)
- have some type of design or pic that clearly indicates it's for corns
- have the dates of the show and the place (Daytona)
- be something appealing enough to wear all year... not just for that event

Maybe it could have something like "Known Online As" or "AKA_______" so you could take a marker and put your name in? Maybe some of the people that are selling corns at the show might want sponsor the shirt with thier company logos on the back or something like that? :shrugs: Just a couple thoughts on it.

That's very cool Jeff! If I didn't purchase anything from you I would be willing to pay you a little something extra for doing that. Thank you for putting that out there.

Yeah, this could get me into trouble...but it will also help a bunch of folks. I remember when I lived in OK and I went to Daytona...I had a heck of a time getting things back.

Of course there will be TERMS that you will have to agree to before I ship anything and I'll have waivers with me in Daytona so people can sign them. ;)

And it would help if people bought stuff from me too!
