Daytona Expo

That's not a bad idea! I never worked with them. But don't you pay only for what sells, and you can buy them in any size or as many as you want? Is there any set up fee? Can people customize an individual shirt, perhaps with their name (or screen name) and their forum(s) frequented - if they desire?

What if it said "Cornsnake Dinner Club" and on the bottom "Coming to an Expo Near You" or something similar, to the effect that it occurs at many expos in various locations?

It would be kind of cool to ID online "corny friends" when at an expo. And a conversation piece, to say the least! You might meet new corn fans at the show and get them on the forum as well.

How much does it cost?

With our Basic Shop, you can start selling for free. And, there are no inventory costs associated with selling products through either a Basic or Premium Shop.

Each item you sell has a base price. You simply markup the base price by the amount you wish to earn for each product you sell. When you sell a product, we keep the base price and you earn the markup.

***********************

I guess you just pick which items you want to sell in your shop. For this purpose, why have any markup at all? I don't think you can customize it.

I envisioned the text to be that kind of text you see on neon DINER signs.

And I think the text should not be black, so people can have black shirts.

You know what we talked about for recognizing people, you could print a little picture of your avatar and put it on a name badge.

I almost forgot... Anyone have any extra vendor badges, or can get 2 more vendor badges? I'm not looking for freebies, I wouldn't mind helping out with the expense of your table, or even help out if needed. Please PM me if you can.

We (me and hubby Roland) met Jeff Mohr at Repticon (Columbia SC) yesterday, it was great to meet him "in person". We really enjoyed his presentation, too! It didn't take much for him to convince me that Daytona is THE show to go to, so I've made my reservations. Don't know if I'm flying or driving yet. But do know I'm looking forward very much to being there!!

HOPEFULLY Dave123 will be there. You can hang out with us if you want. Plus, there will be lots more people from here.

Well as of yet I am still not sure if I can go. School starts early so I would have to fly up Friday night and home Sunday but I could go to the expo Saturday and go to the dinner! I have to tell my dad to work on the hotel and airplane tickets. Luckily I can talk them into almost anything!

Glad you're going! It was nice to meet you at the show and it'll be great to see all the old and newbie people at Daytona Expo 2008!

It has to be something along the lines of a Category 4 hurricane heading directly for home to keep me from attending the Expo. It is my birthday present/vacation rolled into one, the one day a year that is all for me. The only potential problem this year will be finances or work conflict as hubby has been out of work for most of this year and is just now starting a new position that may not allow him to come. I have no problem going alone (and might actually prefer it) as long as my Mom will watch the kids.

When is the expo?

What date is it? I need to know so I can put in the vacation time. I couldn't find it on Kingsnake.com.
