My exBF gave me two children's books: Don't Let The Pigeon Stay Up Late and Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus. And, strangely, a small hardcover book called "What's Your Poo Telling You?" I am not sure why...I scoffed at it, but reading it later, it is pretty interesting. It has chapters such as Floaters vs. Sinkers, Monster Poo and Soft Serve, all with medical explanations.
My friend talked to me about a book like that once, except it was a diet book of some sort by Marilu Henner and she wrote about sinkers & floaters...interesting. I wonder if you can also tell your fortune from it, too, like tea leaves...
I love the kids' books by Mo Willems -- good, funny stuff.

Do you have the kids' book by Taro Gomi, "Everybody Poops" (to go with the poop-theme here!)? I bought it for my niece so that my mom could read it non-stop for her...I also got her, "The Gas We Pass." My mom, who can be rather prim about those subjects at times!, is absolutely *thrilled* that I gave them to Ava...
I am SOOOO excited! I love the books, but I have not listened to the soundtrack or anything yet. I don't know if I should wait until the show to hear the music or do it before hand!
You want a copy of the "Wicked" soundtrack? I'll copy & mail it to you...

You know, as a gift, of course...

I loved reading the book & the show was just as fantastic...although, there was one wee little detail that got skewed -- I'm sure because of the fluidity of the show onstage, but -- when you'll see it, you'll know what I mean. My friend & I both read the book before seeing the show, and when that little blip came up, we looked at each other, said "huh?" and just shrugged our shoulders...poetic license, I s'pose.
My boyfriend & I were looking to get "Phantom..." tickets for the holidays, which we've both seen already, but we went for Chicago Blackhawks hockey tickets, instead...and, if you can, go see "The Colour Purple" -- awesome!!! Simply awesome...
