Okay, I've got the inside track to some digital pocket scales and can get a wholesale price if there is enough interest.

These are again, digital pocket scales. They have a 500 gram capacity, and are accurate to 0.1 grams. It has grams, ounces, pennyweight, and troy ounces. 500 grams is just a bit over a pound, in case you didn't know. The capacity in ounces is 17.63.

It also has a tare feature, and an autoshut off feature as well. It weighs 167 grams and is 3"x5 3/4" in size. It is also auto-calibrated but does feature a manual calibration for all of your 'science' experiments. Wink wink.

Basically it looks like I'll be able to offer $30 shipped for these things, unless there is just an overwhelming demand.

I dont know. I'd have to see what the shipping costs and re-adjust the price accordingly. I can look into it.

Anybody who wants one can still get one and I'll get the final order on Sunday or Monday and will get everything in the mail on time as long as payment has been recieved.
 
Okay, I've got a scale and it works fine, and is accurate. A nickel on the scale came up exactly as 5.0 grams.

I will say it can be a bit difficult to read the numbers if you're using anything bigger than a large deli cup. Other than that, it works great.

So, $30 covers regular first class shipping and insurance. If you'd like certified mail please add $2.30 onto the total.

I CAN ship to Canada, but at this time I'm not certain of the exact price so give me another day to find out how much extra it is going to cost.

For those of you who said you would like one, I would prefer paypal payments to [email protected] . If you cant do that and would like to send me a money order, go ahead and send me an email and I'll give you my address.

All payments recieved by Tuesday at midnight will be shipped out Wed. Payments after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped out on Friday. Anything paid over the weekend will go out on Monday.

Edit: Just wanted to let you know that if you put a 400gram container onto the scale, you can tare it off and then weigh something up to 500grams in addition to the 400gram tared weight. I dont believe you can do this with most scales, but you can with this.
