The brindle spotted ones may be. The siamese one on the right is indeed going to have a litter in the next few days or so.

Barring tumors, I'd guess they are pregnant, gravid, up the duff .... whatever it's called.

the one in second picture is almost certenly pregnent might be dropping in about a day possibly 2.
