Pragmatic & Logical
And you used to be a computer programmer, if I remember correctly, Rich. If you can't figure it out, how is the average, non techie type user supposed to do it?
It is true that I have found answers to questions on Google. But some of the answers have been just too technical, and I gave up on them until I could consult with a "computer guru". But I paid just $100 to Apple for unlimited, one on one, half hour learning sessions for a whole year when I bought my new Mac. The sessions can cover anything I want them to cover - what a deal! It is about a half hour drive each way to the Apple Store - a bit inconvenient, but not too bad. But after a year's time, I am hoping all of my questions will have been answered in a way that is far less frustrating than trying to figure it out on my own.
