Second coxi baby is out. It came in at 12 grams of feisty. The third egg pipped this evening as well, so should be one more out in the morning. Just one more egg left to pip.

I know, they really do look like a toy snake.

Third and so far the smallest one is out. SxA61314-3 came in at 9 grams of attitude! Definitely a chip of it's Momma's block!

I feel like their head markings are dissimilar enough to tell apart, with some difficulty.
 
I am slightly disappointed that there wasn't more variety to their markings. But I'm still just ecstatic to have any healthy baby coxi at all, so that's okay.
 
I had to ask my husband if he was sure he didn't want another snake. Really, really sure. These hatchlings are stunning!

The 4th and final coxi baby pipped last night and was out this morning.

SxA61314-4 is 9 grams. No cross bar. Very flighty but no biting so far.

Serenity has gone blue and is looking very gravid, so I'm thinking we should have another clutch from her in roughly 15 days or so. Fingers crossed for good fertility! And that nothing goes wrong with incubation with the next clutch.
 
We went to Montana yesterday for a real quick trip to see the family and got back this afternoon. Serenity had a very nice present for us, five pretty eggs about 4 days sooner than I'd been expecting them!

The 5 eggs in this clutch have been thinning for awhile now and one just started to dimple! Pippies soon, I hope!
 
Thanks! Should hopefully have more hatchlings within the next week. The neat thing with these is that when the eggs get as thin as they are right now, they are bright enough that you can actually see them with the naked eye a bit while they are still in the egg.
