You've listed a variety of scenarios. Scenarios that happen, most of which on a fairl inconsistent basis. What about adoption? That's always an option right? Do we HAVE to kill these living things? I'm all about personal freedoms, but it's not a personal freedom when it's damaging another being.

Also, the interesting thing is it seems there's a lot of Republicans who have no idea how conception and contraception work. Like, they don't know how babies are made.

The idea that you need to take more birth control pills the more sex you have is amazing. Like, who believes this? Who honestly believes this? Who is that stupid?

Carinata, Arizona has passed legislation that protects doctors from prosecution if they withhold information from a pregnant woman concerning her unborn child if they believe that information might lead to an abortion. That is, a doctor can choose to not tell prospective parents that their child has a genetic condition or disease or other syndrome since someone might choose to abort that child and the law will protect the doctor from any repercussions that result from their failure to inform parents.

Also, they have passed legislation that allows employers to fire women if they use contraception for birth control purposes.

If you have insurance that covers the cost of home defense, then obviously that insurance should cover the cost of home defense.

I don't understand the second point. Like, are you saying that women who have sex are bad? What about men who have sex? Is sex bad? Do you think sex is evil, Carinata?

I understand it is mythically based but that doesn't change the intent. A friend I had in Texas used to say "it's raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock". Now I don't for a minute think he meant bovine urine was falling from the sky but I understood his implication. IMHO an analogy need not be based in fact nor be scientifically proven to make a point.

Anyway, Bill Maher was called out for using a very harsh word to describe a female politician (Was it Palin? I can't remember). Maher lost his advertisers and was fired.

So if we treat both sides equally, Rush should lose his job. Just waiting on that one now.

And is sex bad, Carinata? Is it? Is sex evil?

Sex is great! I'm saying that the scenarios listed, are not the norm. Those are specialized scenarios, that don't accuratly depict what really is happening.

That appears to be your penis and your "I will never have to worry about being pregnant and the possibly fatal complications" talking. Congrats on being a budding misogynist. How come guys can sleep around all they want, and are lauded, but a woman who does the same thing is a slut or whore? It's none of your business and has no bearing on this situation if I have sex once a year or five times a day.

The vast majority of abortions occur in the first trimester. So do miscarriages. Guess that makes the woman's body evil and approving of her being a slut, right?

Men who sleep around, I don't carry a very high opinion of either. I think peoples general irresponsibility in this nation is insane. Take some responsibility. If you're having sex, you should know the risks and accept them.

So, what about your claim about the situations I listed? How about the fact that OVER HALF get an abortion because the birth control FAILED?

Never said that. Geez you liberals are some good and shoving words into my mouth. The keyword is careless. Women who carelessly, have sex. Men are just as bad and just as responsible, but last time I checked, we don't carry the child .
