That last one is gorgeous and I like the stripe! What makes up a zero? Whiteout, caramel, calico and the others I get, but not zero.

It means Zero banding. Yeah the name is stupid. Calico is a project a buddy of mine and I are proving out.

Gotcha, makes sense once you know it. I recently met a few of these geckos in person. Wild caught, but dewormed and healthy and fat. I was surprised how personable they were; I was expecting more of a leopard gecko type personality.

Oh and the Whiteout Zeros have banding because the Whiteout takes over the Zero. Some Whiteout Zeros will have no banding, those are always pricier, but it really doesn't matter, because genes are gene, ya know.

Also, some Zero siblings that look normal also carry the gene. Usually very dark one. And a Zero is actually the Striped version to the gene called Stinger.

I'm amazed at how quickly their popularity has taken off. I still don't see too many at the New England Reptile Expo, but I did see some at White Plains this year. Their potential seems huge with all the morphs coming out as well as their docile attitudes.

That's it! They're docile, and have a ton of beautiful morphs. These guys are the next big thing!

I think the calico female is the prettiest. I like the ones without the stripe down their back, I think.

Some people like the Stripe, some don't. The Calico is so far, a dominant trait. We should know if it's co-dominant very soon.
