I am so, so pleased with these photos. They were taken by my partner's younger brother.

I should have put a disclaimer about the number of photos.
I hope you all enjoyed them!

Wow, beautiful pictures, I love the 2nd and last the best but they are all amazing but, a question because I am still somewhat a noob, two different species get along ok?

Two fairly docile species will *usually* get along fine. I swear BPs will get along with just about anything. That's probably the whole reason they're picky eaters. Most of the time they want to make friends with the rat and not eat it ;)

Forgot to say, fantastic pictures. They're both so awesome, and the contrast of the two of them together leads to some fun photos.

I had actually asked if they would 'get along' in a thread a could of months ago, knowing I would be introducing them to take photos together at some point. No one seemed overly worried, so I went with it. I slowly introduced them; I would handle them one after another for a few weeks so they would smell each other on me - this of course after the quarantine period.

They share a divided cage now, with a tiny slit of an opening between the divider and the back wall of the cage (manufacturer fault, but not a big deal). Last week we officially introduced them with my partner and I each holding one. It was really funny, actually. The ball python couldn't have cared less, but the corn sniffed him, them jerked back and got all flighty. She seemed so confused! She calmed down quickly though, and then just ignored him and went about climbing on me.
This week she was a bit more bold. Again, the ball python just kinda sat there while she did her thang :p

Sydney (corn) was much more difficult to take photos of, as she was very curious and active. Beau is much more photogenic.

They are amazing, I keep looking at them, I wish I could get good photos of my guys like that. What morph BP is that, hes gorgeous.

He's just a pinstripe :)

If you have a friend with a decent camera, it goes a long way! All I had was my cell phone... not the best.

Awesome pics! I love the one with your corn sitting on the couch. She looks like she's saying "Get my good side." Ha! I think it's great that your corn and bp are "buddies." Love it!

Thank you everyone! We took over 300 pictures, and those were some of the best... with snakes apparently it takes A LOT.

Confession...
It wasn't a couch. It was a chair, with a red sheet on it! I wanted something to contrast both snakes. Didn't work out so well ;)
Sydney was so tough to take pictures of because she kept moving and getting too close to the camera, trying to climb all over it. The camera couldn't focus!
