Florida snake field guide??

Gralena

Corn Snake Diva
I am looking to buy a field guide to Florida snakes....any recommendations? There were a couple on amazon.com, just wondered if anyone had a favorite. Thanks!

I concur. That book is incredible, even if you don't live in Florida, simply for the chapters on venomous snakes and snake evolution.

Get Ashton's book....

It is split into two books actually. Part one is snakes, two lizards, turtles and crocs. Good pics of all color phases and a county by county distribution.
The Tennant book is a keeper as well.
