Frilled lizards! HELP!!

I have been offered a frilled lizard and complete setup for free!!! I need some info. on these lizards. I know I can find a lot of stuff on the internet but I would prefer experience rather than just book info. If anyone can, please let me know if these are difficult lizards to keep, etc. Thanks!!

From what I read in the back of the Bearded Dragon Manual (put out by the same company that Kathy Love's Corn Snake Manual is put out by) their care didn't seem to radically different than that of a bearded dragon.

I'd suggest the Bearded Dragon Manual for the information. Although Google has to have some sort of care sheet or information regarding captive care.

Sorry I can't offer more help.

that's what i have heard (about them having the same care as a beardy). i really want this lizard. they're not cheap by any means. i think they are really cool looking and it's something different to have as a pet.

I've checked that site out already. Best I've found so far. I just want to know what I am getting into before I actually tell the people that I will take it.

Back when I had cable, I watched a lot of The Croc Hunter...and from what I understand, the most challenging part of frilled lizard husbandry is the requirement of wearing khaki shorts that are both too short and too tight.

HI , I wanted to let you know that they are relatively easy to take care of, we have had them before, ours were friendly they love crickets. IF you have any questions let me know and I will try to answer them , I don't know what you already know or need to know. Dana

Thanks guys! I really appreciate the help! I regretfully decided to let someone else take him. I didn't think I was able to care for him and purchase a suitable size tank for him to live in when he got full grown. I am fairly new to reptiles in general and started off with corn snakes. I purchased 1 and then a customer gave me their 3ft. corn snake so I should just worry about caring for them for now. Again, thank you all for your help!!
