Before you view some of the pictures I will be posting this evening, I wanted to say that I do not necessarily condone or reccomend this type of interaction with your snakes. I suppose being a moderator I should set some type of example, but I'm fascinated with individual behavior and it just makes for good photo opps.
That being said, let's have some fun :grin01:

Well, that was almost as disturbing as George's little stories...

Awesome pics, yet again, Mike. You must feed live, eh? I've never seen an f/t mouse bleed from constriction, but I have seen live mice do it...

Ooh, I have. FT pink when I was assist-feeding Addy. I thought I'd injured her, but it was the pink. It happens every once in a while.

I had a mouse pop once. That would be Patches' lovely contribution to the shade of the wall. :puke01:

The face of the brown mouse doesn't look too upset. It's kinda odd, actually.

I had one pop, too- also when assist-feeding Addy. I'd slit its back, apparently a little too deeply. :puke01: Even though it didn't smell or anything, it was still really gross. But she got it down anyway.
