Today was going to be the day our new snake shipped due to unseasonably warm weather, but I haven't heard anything yet, so now I am unsure. I was really hoping he would arrive tomorrow, since the kids and I will be out of town all weekend, and I figured it would be a good time to let the little guy settle in. My boyfriend will be home, but he is fine with just observing, unlike myself and the kids, who will be just dying to touch him! We have been waiting so long. I really hope he starts his journey today. The sooner he arrives, the sooner he can begin acclimating to his new home, and new family. :)

Darn! The weather in Indiana did not want to cooperate, so we are going to try again on Monday. I asked how the little guy was doing, and if he is still eating well, and the seller assured me he is doing just fine. He ate on Monday with no problems. He is quite a bit younger than Star Shadow was. His birthday was October 15th, and Star Shadow was 6 months in December. I am very curious to see how big he is. He is gonna be just a little baby! Oh, I hope the weather cooperates on Monday!
