Well I thought that we could have a thread that you update whenever you will not be around. Well tomorrow I leave for the beach and will not be back until Monday the 9th. I will try to look here once everyday but I will have to go to a library. It will be easier to catch up now that we have our WIR by Elle but this thread is for people to tell us when they will be gone.

Like the idea? Anyone leaving for spring break or to just leave?
 
Great idea David. I know there are some people the members will wonder why they haven't posted for awhile and would may start to worry about them. I think this is a great idea. Thanks for the suggestion.
 
I won't be gone until Daytona but we're leaving on August 16th and will be back on the 21st. Not sure how long everyone else will be if they're going but we're driving and it'll take us two days.

I was gone for a bit thanks to emergency surgery and the complete loss of my will to live, but now I'm back to bother you poor bastids! Yay you!

I'd do the happy dance but in my condition I'd end up face down on the floor sobbing and whizzing on myself. Good times.
 
Well glad you are doing better. Looks like the temps are in the high 50s and low 60s. Ohh well, we should still have a good time. Anyways of the ride, which is only 3.5 hours, I have some good movies to watch. Bye all, hopefully there isn't a library close to our house down there, well for your sake. :sidestep: :grin01:
 
Have you heard of "April showers bring May flowers"? Will here in Toronto, it's been snowing all day, and isn't supposed to be any better until sometime tomorrow. I'll be heading down to Orlando Florida on the 30th for a couple of weeks!!! It's looking better every day!

Back from the beach. I had a pretty good time, even if I couldn't swim in the ocean. :rolleyes: I came home to a very fat mama cornsnake but thank goodness no eggs. I'm glad there weren't any eggs because I wanna be here when she lays them. You know moral support. :grin01:
 
Ok, I am bringing this thread back up because it is summer. Anyone can post in here and tell us if and when you will be gone and how long you will be gone. Then we know that you will not be as active.

I will be gone for the next two weeks and will not be able to be on a computer as much as usual. I am going to Ohio to see some old friends and be counselor at a reptile camp at a Nature Center in Ohio.

I will also update what is going on with my eggs and post any picks in the breeding forum. (They will be taken by my "egg sitter" and sent to me so I can see my little ones!)

So if you do not see me around for a few days...I am sorry to say I will be back. ;)
