gun control could be coming

This pOTUS has been a gun grabber all his adult life. He has been licking his chops waiting for the day when some suicidal individual would do something awful enough to push his agenda. When this ban plays through ten years like the last one and has NO effect like the last one hopefully some of the blind dolts following him will actually think for themselves.

I am amazed everyday how literally STUPID people are.

Bad guy- 'I think I will go to an elementary school and kill kids' 'oh no I can't do that anymore because the gun I was going to use is banned'

Really, how STUPID does someone have to be to think that making something illegal will actually stop a LAWBREAKER. Likewise how STUPID do they have to be to believe because its illegal a lawbreaker can't get it ... cough drugs cough.

They will succeed in more control over the law abiding and miserably fail at stopping any lawbreaking criminal. But then again maybe just maybe that's their real goal anyways.

Is it against the law to buy a gun as a gift, or is that considered a straw purchase??? I just thought of that while reading the blog I linked.
 
I have not been able to find an answer for this. You are also allowed to sell FTF in most of our states; so I would think if you can sell it to another person, you can give it to another person. So make them give you a dollar, just in case!

I'm in Indiana, which is pretty lenient when it comes to gun control, but in order for my dad to get a gun from a friend (as a gift) they had to put the exchange on paper as if it was a sale (with a little money involved like you said, just in case) haha. But that transaction can only happen within the state between two non-licensed dealers. And that's perfectly legal. I have no idea about other states though.
 
Older but shows the hypocrisy of Ms Feinstein. When she needs and wants a firearm it's justified but when the people want to protect their constitutional rights it's her decision on whether you should be given permission to be free. :nope:
