Hamm

there will be some stuff there that is cheaper than you have ever seen, but some that is probably more.. so be careful, know your prices and the exchange rate at the time..
look around, you will find some amazing bargains if you can do this.

ok, freezing cold outside, barbados inside.
lots of pushing and shoving, try not to make it obvious you are English (if you are), a lot of the sellers increase prices, so be warely when looking at non priced stuff.
There will be all the late stuff from last year, bad feeders and 2nd clutches, maybe a few very early 2010 animals.
depends what you want.
I've been 9 times, and I can always says its been worth it, always a good show with so much to do and look at.

Thanks for tht, it sounds like really useful info lol (yes, I am English) and im glad you've shed some light on the whole thing for me, i think this'll also be a good thread for other first timers too- I cant find no reviews or anything about hamm! Thanks a lot =]

if you search around, there are many forums, some or this will have reviews, usually good.
also if you have a look on youtube you will get an idea of what the day is actually like too.

i've been trying to get one for ages, its not that simple when you dont speak the language

I think is not the language , the organiser speaks well English .He has fair rules in English and German .
The fact is that it is the best known , greatest and most visited reptileshow in Europe (IMO) .There are a lot of abonnees and others who have a table , make reservations each show from one to another.

I dont know, it just seems very hard to get a show table at hamm. I would like to a few times a year, but would not make every single show, they would probably not like this.
