Hamm

torsten

Too many yet too few!!!
anyone heading to Hamm in September this year?

i am expecting to at the moment but am not certain and was wondering who else will be there.

just search for steve tarantularbarn on the uk forums, he may well still take you mate.. if you're serious, worst he'll do is say no

is 'steve tarantularbarn on the uk forums' part of the coach to the show company or is he just going over himself.

thanks

I'm going with another manager from our shop. I haven't been to Hamm before but have been to Houten. Apparently its manic?
we are (I say we, actually I mean he is) driving there from here.

Horray for long car journeys...

I'm really hoping to pick up some anoles, day geckos and high end corn morphs this year and despite the fact that it'll be sopmething of a working holiday, I'm really looking forward to it.

it is manic (a very apt description), there is a huge crush to get in and then the whole show is just a jostling mass of people!!!!!!!!!
tonnes of amazing stuff there, the worst part is that if you disscuss with other people what they bought then they list reams of things and i was like, "where was any of that??????????" i did not see any of those never mind for sale!!

Ya,

Hamm is, indeed, an experience not to be forgotten!

As I am sure I have said on many occasions I much prefer Houten.

The Houten show is snake only & therefore does not offer the variety of species that are available at Hamm, however, you do have to accept that the latter is less than perfect with respect to the small area for both exhibitors & visitors alike..........the tight squeeze really does take it's toll.

Enjoy your trip.;)

I thought that the december Houten was one of their "all and sundry" jobs? I know that they have specific snake days but I didnt think that this one was... ooops...!
