My husband has been on the hunt for his ideal pure white snake for a long time now-today I found one on kingsnake.com & called him at work to have him look--he was so excited when he saw it -he kept saying yes it's the one,so I had him call & get all the info & make sure the pics were of the actual snake for sale--anyway,she's a Blizzard California King snake,about 30 inches--he already had the name "Lily" picked a long time ago-she'll be shipped on Thursday & will be here Friday--he's so excited! :)

She's gorgeous. I would not ship on Thursday, though. If there is a delay, she's stuck till Monday. Snakes got stuck last night because there was an Act of God weather delay...
 
Oh I saw her too! I really really considered it, I mean my boas will be moving into bigger tubs soon anyway lol.
Glad shes going to someone who will appreciate her =3
 
thanks ya'll -she does look beautiful,I hope she has a nice temperment lol I've been searching for Blizzard Cali Kings online & only found a handful--all I know of the genetics is that it's a blend of Albino & Hypermelanism which creates a white patternless snake-

Not Nanci but I'll respond anyway.;)
It is not something that happens often. However, there have been cases, of its happening, and it is always a possibility (especially in winter or storm/rain season .. though it could have the possibility, of happening, at any time). Most do not wish to tempt fate by taking the chance (no matter how big, or miniscule, the chance may be).
I will only ship snakes/reptiles Mon-Wed and will only have reptiles shipped, to me, on those days. Although I did, once (a few years back), have something shipped, to me, on a Thurs. (long story) Luckily, all went well.:)
 
She's here! All the way from California-welcome Lily! Our new Blizzard California King--she seems pretty calm so far-took a couple of quick pics before putting her in her new home--
