DSC03029.jpg

Now I am not to shure about the sex's of these big snakes but they both would do the same thing with my big female snow corn!!! :shrugs:
judging by there tails they look both to be mails, and yes I know the only true way to tell is by probbing them! but I caint find any were locally that sells probs! :shrugs:
Now by judging the position of the mating would the brighter or duller one be a female! :shrugs:
no eggs were produced from the copulation! and they haven shown this behaviour since! :shrugs:
any ideas would help!
thanks T.R

:flames:LOL :flames: I dont think so! I think they may have been sexed wrong or maybe the smell of females in the room excited the males who were only in the same cage to clean there seperate homes!
but thats just a guess!
thanks T.R

I don't see any exposed hemipenes in the photos, leading me to think these are two males. Two very "happy to see you" males. Not that there's anything wrong with that.... :grin01:

LOL they are but when I first saw this I was a little taken aback!
my personal feeling is that there was 4 females that were in the prime of there breeding cycle! and the bigger male jumped on the movement then realized what was up when the other one was not cooperating! :sidestep: now my males and female are kept in different rooms and are only brought together during breeding time!

animals like that cant be gay, that so stupid......., you have a male and a female point blank prepare for some eggs.

You write so authoritatively for someone who has never bred snakes or even owned an adult corn. LOTS of animals engage in same-sex breeding behavior, and this includes corn snakes (I've seen it). It should also be pointed out that not every "hook-up" yields eggs...

But thanks for offering your expertise, hediki.
