Hello guys and girls

wondering if you could help me if possible i have an under tank heat mat hooked upto a thermostat under the aspen on the wood the temp sits at 30-32oC but ontop Aspen level it sits at 24oC

Could anybody give me a decent plan or a verity of temps so i could try them out
