I've been lurking on these forums for quite some time and I thought it was about time I made an account and said hi! I'm relatively new to owning a corn snake, I got my first in October, named Ron after my favourite ginger haired wizard :)

Hi Athina, BEWARE.... They are addictive. I started out buying one for my teenage daughter and now she has one and i have 4. Plus my hubby just ok'd my nxt one! Yay! There are just too many varieties to have just one!
You definitely came to the right place!

Hello from Yorkshire also :) I only have one but I agree with marieK they are addictive, already planning to get more when my landlord gives in.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys :D I was warned of the addiction factor just before I got Ron but I didn't think I would be interested in others just after I'd got one, how wrong I was! I've already been eyeing up others, there are so many beautiful kinds! I'm glad I started out with an amel though, I love his colouring :)

Hello from Dublin Athina

Hi Great looking snake, I am from Hull but now living in Dublin, I have just got my first Corn snake (Last Christmas present) So I am trying to learn how to look after it as fast as possible !!!! so if any one has any tips please let me know. I am addicted already "Sidney" spends most of his time coiled up behind the false Rock wall at the back of his vivarium, When should I start to handle him?
Keep smiling
Steve
