Greetings strangers!

I am 4 weeks into owning my very first reptile, a normal phase corn named Kirby!

I have always been fascinated by snakes... How I couldn't tell what they're thinking, how I couldn't tell how easily the get around and thrive with no legs... How they are so mysterious! And after being introduced to some other's ball pythons, corns, and garters I decided to take the leap! And I've enjoyed every second.

I look forward to getting to know the forum and it's members! Ill be around!

Hello and welcome! :wavey: If you get a chance you should share a pic of Kirby! Though we've seen a lot of normal corns around here, we never tire of it. :D

Ill get on those pictures Dragonling! And like I said...... I'm fascinated by these beauties. How about 1 fun Corn snake fact or anecdote per reply?? Might be fun. Ill try to kick is off

Ahem

Kirby once fit himself inside of a bamboo stick I had in his viv. Thought I'd let him loose on week one!

I love normals. Welcome to the forum and congrats on your snake. Yes, please check in often and keep us updated. I've found this forum to be one of the friendliest and most helpful around. And hearing about your snake will never get old here!

P.S. Speaking of snakes in tight places, I got Cleo a cork round and then discovered that there is no way to get a baby snake out of a cork round, so now it is a split cork round, lol.
