So I haven't done an update on this little girl for a couple months (I think), and she just freshly shed, so why not? She is weighing in at 222g and is currently a year and 2 months old. Here are some pictures of her, she is starting to color up nicely.

Your BRBs make me jellly. How hard are they to keep compared to Red Tails? Thinking of expanding once I get Isis a proper enclosure, and have been tossing around the idea of one.

I've never kept RTB's. BRB's are not really hard to care for. They stay at a lower temp (hot of 82) and humidity needs to be 80%+. The humidity sounds intimidating, but it really isn't that bad. Here are some key points.

1) Keep low ventilation
2) Humidity-friendly substrate such as eco-earth, mulch, or even newspaper.
3) Big water bowel (even better if near a heat source to help evaporation)
4) Humid hide.

Remember that having standing water or soaked substrate is bad for the snake, it can cause scale rot. Humidity needs to be in the air more so than in the substrate.
