Help me save these animals-PLEASE

I am sorry about getting a little angry, and yes it is the Sea Port Aquarium. As for the pictures I'm trying to find the cord to my phone so I can send the pictures if I can't find it I'm going to go buy a new one. And the agent came to the high school and talked to the teacher and I and looked at the boa we had. He did some research on the owner who had been in trouble with fish and game before and that he was going to go check it out but never did.

As for it being a tourist area then they should be more stricked with them, to be more attractive.

First, I am not trying to fuel an argument here.

One you have no clue of my mentality when working with animals. I typically rescue and pick up animals from Humane societies. I have even fostered and rehabbed many of them before being placed to homes for adoptions.

Problem is your are going up against a noted business in an area that is well known for Tourist. I am assuming you are talking about Seaport Aquarium.

If you made an official complaint to the City and the SPCA well that is all you can do at this point. There is no magic involved. Have you delivered printed copies on your phone to the agent you were working with?

Problem is, you need to give them hard evidence before you can accuse a business in a high tourist area to the authorities before they will listen. With out your evidence its just hear-say. And if you are the only person making a complaint, there is nothing to go on.
You might be able to get the Media to listen like a TV News reporter but then again its not going to be easy.

And if those photos you took with your Camera is evidence you many not want to post them here or any where on line. It may compromise any legal case they would have on him at this time.

The SPCA investigated and said they found nothing wrong. Also the following agencies also found nothing wrong.

United States Department of Agriculture
New Jersey Department of Health and Human Services
New Jersey Division of Fish and Game

I'm extremely pissed. These people know nothing about reptiles and are blind.

Good news I finally found someone who believes me and is trying to get something done about it. I work at a Nature Center and I happened to be upstairs taking care of our corn snake Scales when a lady that used to work for the Wildlife Fish and Game came in to see my boss. We were talking for awhile and got to talking about this Aquarium and she was shocked no one did anything about it because they have been after this guy. I showed her the pictures I had and she emailed me the next day asking me to tell her everything and send the pictures I had. I did that then she talked to a guy she used to work with who said he would definitly check it out. So something may actually get done now, if no legal action is taking atleast this may be a wake call for this guy. I'm just really happy someone actually took me seriously and is trying to do something about it rather then just brushing it off.

Way to keep at it and not give up. Congrats on the good news that someone is taking you seriously. Hope the animals finally get better care soon. Keeping my fingers crossed.
