Help Question: interrupted egg laying

I have been waiting for one of my females to lay. she is a week behind and I came home to a dozen or more fertile eggs, her tail end was underneath I didn't notice she was in process of laying still and uncoiled her and removed the eggs, she was never moved from the nest box just gently unwrapped from the eggs, I know she still has more to lay could this have cause complications?

Yes she laid the rest and everything looks normal, total of 21 fertile eggs.
