Advice should be given for their new snake, as it didn't help for the old one. I'm not going to hand out advice when I don't know very much myself. But there are many FAQs threads in this forum, and they will most likely give you an answer to most of your questions. Just read through them, and if you still have an unanswered question ask it. Please don't handle the new snake or try to feed it for at least 5 days. Give it time to settle in and become familiar with it's surroundings. If it doesn't eat, give it two or three days before trying again. Maybe I'm wrong, and someone can correct me. If you know more than your sister, then maybe it should be your snake and not hers. Tell her if she's doing something wrong, and if any behaviors detrimental to the snake's health are not corrected and continue, the snake will most likely die and would need to be given a new home before it reached that point. Don't just get on a forum and point fingers. This is also a forum, not a chat room. There is no need to type to fast, and if your sister needs to take her time typing something so it will be readable, then she can do that.
