Anyone else a member of one? I just sent off my check to join the Maryland Herprtological Society today. $25 for the year, includes a newsletter, etc, etc. I became concerned that I would not hear about issues affecting herps in my state and community when the city tried to ban all snakes over 5 feet. So... now I will be informed.
Anyone else a member of a local herp group? Is it money well spent?
