I bred a normal Motley male to an Amel female and got my first babies. I expected the Amel and normals but I also got a couple of snows, This is my first attempt at breeding so I was wondering what hets the parents would have had to been to get the Snows?

Hello there!

If you got snows out of the bunch your normal motley male is het for amel and anery, and your amel female is het for anery.

Did you know that your normal motley male was het for amel before the breedings? I ask because if you did not know that, you should not have expected any amels out of that pairing.

hi i have a question what would a anery motley and a amel female produce?? to my knowledge no hets....this is waaaay down the line just curious i read thru the genetics one time but it confuses the heck out of me LOL

If they share no known hets then you would produce normals het amel, anery, and motley (snow motleys)
