hi everyone, i have been browsing on this forum for a while and thought it was time to say hi. I wanted a snake for years and after being told by my girlfriend it was her or a snake im pleased to say that me and colin are very happy without her. I must admit though i have been bitten by the bug and im now looking to add to colin who is growing very fast, 28" long and not even one year old yet, so im going a bit mad and buying him a nice piece of skirt, and just for the wow factor a common boa, should keep the local cat population down for a while heheh

anyway peace all

speak again! rob!

colin is a corn snake, im looking for a nice girl for him, for next year, he's still too young for girls at the minute what with teenage pregnancies the way they are lol, but my collection is growing rapidly. Got three vivs in a stack system so colin and edith(its a name he would like im sure) can have their own place and and i have room for potential offspring,

I also have a huge new viv being built to house the common boa i have sat at the reptile shop, all i need now is a girl with the same passion for snakes as me and im set!

my girl is warming up to snakes and thinks some of them look really cool but she is yet to hold one. tomorrow is cleaning day so i am gonna work with her tomorrow to hold mocha my aug 06 hatchling that is extremely tame.

Best of luck with your female human search. Hope you find a nice snake loving morph!

There are alot of us sweet, beautiful, fun gals out there that love snakes..so don't worry, you will find one. :)

Thanks for the welcome guys!

i see a lot of posts on here are in relation to troublesome snakes, but mine is so chilled, always eats and sheds like clockwork, never bites and seems to be at his happiest when let out to stretch his proverbial legs, however a friends is very nippy but i put it down to his confidence in handling because his is really placid when i handle him, anyway thanks for the welcome again and hopefully we can all talk in future!

p.s all is looking good on the lady front, i,ve just met a girl who's a studying to be a herpetology vet so me and colin are both well looked after hehehe
