Our new snake (other one escaped and never seen again :( ) is getting to the stage where there is not much of a bulge after 1 pinkie. I think it may be time to try 2 in a few weeks.

Whats the best way of doing this? Shall i feel both at the same time or on seperate days/times?

I usually feed one, and as soon as it has moved most of the way into the snake, offer the next. Either way will work depending on the personality of the snake. I've had some who appear to be intimidated by the multiple food items in front of them so I just go one by one now with all of them.
