I came back from Key West with...

I got my second tattoo on my ankle, you know what I didn't think it hurt that much...I've got one planned for my other ankle too.

I've got two lizards crawling around my ankle, that hurt a bit.
I've got the complete length of my spine tattooed, that hurt a bit.
I've had one across my collar bone, That hurt a bit more.
I've had my sides done (under the arms. down the ribs), That really hurts.
But the worst place to get tattooed (for pain that is) is the inside of the thighs, Wow that kills...

I'm also thinking about getting another one after my son is born with his astrological symbol. I actually saw a predesigned on on the internet of what looked like a corn wrapping around the Taurus symbol, I'm thinking I realy like that one.

Tattoo's: Everyone is different. I have one on the back of my neck that goes between my shoulder blades and one on each arm. I am wanted to get a few more in the next few years. I absolutely love the feeling!

You're son's going to be a Taurus? Shoot for May 3rd, k? ;)

Agreed! During my "Duval Crawl", I walked past the hottest redhead I had ever seen in my life. Tall, slender, legs to infinity, and wearing a long, slinky, backless blue-sequined gown. She literally turned my head.

Good thing I did, too. That's when I noticed the musculature on "her" back.

:headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Oh well.

jazz

<snicker, giggle, snort>

Love the Homestar!!! Seriously!

My ankle tattoo was my second one too, and after that, I said, "I definitely WON'T be getting one on the other ankle, OUCH!!"

I've got 'em on arms, feet, belly, chest, shoulders and one small one between the shoulder blades.. That really was one of the worst for me, though it's a toss up between that and the belly. And I'm NOT one who likes every minute of it, lol. I ENDURE it for the tattoo I want, but I'm no fan of pain..

I will never forget your bday Dale - that is my dad's bday too!

In regards to tattoos - I currently have four and the only one that didn't hurt was the one on my ankle. Others are on both shoulder blades and lower right side of my back.
And I am the biggest baby about pain - I almost passed out when I got my ears pierced when I was 13. With my first tat - on one shoulder blade - I had to run to the bathroom and throw up; the 2nd one on my lower back - they had to keep putting cold compresses on my neck because I felt like I was going to pass out; and the one on my other shoulder blade I again ran to the bathroom to throw up.
But I keep going back for more - once I get past that initial sick feeling, I am ok for the rest of it. And as much as I dislike pain - tattoos really are addictive. I am already trying to figure out what I want next and where I want to put it.

Iv got a few tatto's, arms, wrist, chest, back, but the most painful was on my neck. Oww. Love yours.

My first tattoo was done right above my belly button and I didn't think it hurt very much.

Hubby got one all the way around his upper bicep and he said it hurt a good bit when they were working near his armpit.

The one on my ankle hurt the worst when he was going over the bone on the outside. So I'd say over the bones hurts and wherever you're tender at and have the most nerves.

Maybe because it went all the way around your ankle wylie, mine is a frog crawling up the inside of it.

Yep, I think so.
