I fed Whiskey thursday it was a decent size fuzzy but it wasnt very fat... here we are wednesday and I can still see a lump in his belly from the prey... Is this ok? I noticed he hasnt pooped as much as he did last feeding.. so I put him in the tub of water for a bit and he pooped alot.. should I do that for the next few days.. of course he isnt moving round as much as he usually does cuz he is still trying to digest but he is acting normally... the fuzzy was a lil bit larger than his largest part... not much tho but enough to see a nice lump in his belly.. but why so long?

I'd check his temps.. its been colder in most places,
so temps may be to low for proper digestion.

^^^^ This. Sounds like there's a good chance that your temps are too low, which slows down the snake's digestion.

Indeed. Be very sure he has access to a warm side of the viv that stays between 80-85 Fahrenheit. Temperatures too low for prompt digestion are a common cause of regurges, which are a much bigger deal for snakes than most people would expect. Prey items that sit too long in the snake's digestive tract can literally start rotting, causing all sorts of difficulties.

I finally got his temps right... they were bout 75 in cool end and like 86 in the warm end... he stays in his lil sock on the warm end... I was just wondering if the prey was maybe to big for him.... the bigger the prey the longer it takes to digest?

Yes, larger items take longer to digest. The rule of thumb on prey size is that the prey should be no larger that 1.5 times the width of the snake's body at the widest point. Corns aren't as "stretchy" as some other species. While larger than recommended prey might be safely digested, feeding overly large items means risking a regurge.

If this was an extra-big meal for your baby, you might want to wait an extra 2-3 days before you feed him again. That will give him time to replenish his digestive fluids.

I would do the warm water bath again if you are worried. I have fed my two a couple of meals that I thought were borderline on too large. The little girl had a lump for a couple days too long and i gave her a couple of warm baths and she was fine. Just make sure to look for a regurge so you can take the proper steps to make sure it doesn't happen again.
