If your wild caught snake is taking frozen thawed, I'm assuming, that is a good thing. How big is this snake? Make sure you feed him/her the appropriate sized food items it needs. Good rule of thumb is no larger then 1 1/2 times the girth of your snake. Most people have their snakes on a 5-7 day feeding schedule. Some people have their adults on a maintenance feeding schedule of about every 10 days. You should notice the bulge in your snakes belly dissipating after about 3 days and he/she should be fine to handle without any regurge problems. Hope this helps. Post a couple of pictures of the wild caught snake as I would like to see it.

Welcome to the forum! Nice to have you here :wavey:
It doesn't sound like you were really intending to get a corn - more like an surprise catch. Be sure to do loads of reading and research to learn about corns, check out the FAQs here on the forum, they're really helpful. Good luck
