The second one has light fixtures, If a heat lamp could be placed on it, that could help keep air temp warm, but then humidity would be a factor, but that could be fixed.
I think with a little bit of modification, they could be excellent cages.
 
Yeah, too bad right now I am working on gathering everything I need for my rack system, slowly but surly, and I hopefully will be getting a European Legless Lizard to put into my 125 gal tank.
