This is a Valentine's Day display at our friends' quirky little store, The What? Shoppe in Tacoma.

Heh... ditto Trevor. :) Though the title made me think that someone else on this board was a Type O fan too.

Exactly where in Tacoma and what kind of things do they sell? I may have to drive up and check it out.

I do like Type O. That is one of my fave songs they have.

My husband is working on a song with the same title. He's been at #2 on the Goth charts on Soundclick.com with another of his songs, "Bittersweet". I wrote the lyrics for that one. *takes bow*

The What? Shoppe is on Broadway amidst all the antique stores. They usually have their sandwich board out front. They're open Mon-Sat, 11-5ish. Since they own it and are the only employees, they need Sunday off. LOL They stock hundreds of movie posters (many old foreign posters of American films and alot of more mature themed ones), stickers, cards, shirts, models (cars and stuff for for model trains), books, costumes, wigs, make-up, all kinds of Hallowe'en and Dia de los Muertos paraphernalia, and a bit of adult art and art books, cards and such. Check it out!!

Really?!?! How cool! I thought I was the only one! In Az, not very many people know who any of my favorite bands are. Ask some random person that looks like they may know who Type O or KMFDM is, and chances are they won't. Let me know when your husband gets everything all situated. I'd love to hear his music. You should check out Trevor's music on myspace then. They're actually pretty good.

That seems like a really cool place... too bad its a little inaccessible. :)
