I want to give a shout out

TheFrogman

Im just old
I want to give a shout out to Nythain and Nanci.

Im new here as many others once were, us "Noobs" make mistakes as others once have too, some seem to forget that.

In my recent effort to get Crescent through his regurge protocol ,Nythain and Nanci (and others) have helped me tremendously, they are honest and up-front, (no sugar coating)which is how I like it, they are both very, very helpful and insightful with excellent and very easy to understand solutions to the problem.

BUT what makes these two folks so amazing and special is this, they DO NOT make a member feel bad or guilty for having a sick snake.

There are some folks that appear very happy to point fingers at you, call me out, tell me how its my fault my snake got sick because I did or didn't do something correctly and they just have the ability to make me and others feel horrible and very guilty that we have a sick snake.

I call this the rubbing your puppies nose in his mess syndrome.

Nythain and Nanci don't do this, they comfort you and willingly help you without the guilt.

I want to say thank you and I certainly appreciate it.

That's awesome! Hope your snake is on the road to eating well and not regurging!

Thanks. Though I'm probably the least most deserving person to give a shout out to. How about a shout out to you, for listening to everyone's advice and learning as you go! Doesn't take much to suggest what someone do. Takes quite a bit to follow those suggestions.

I agree, Nancy and Nythain are two of the most helpful people for the noobs on this forum. I learned so much from them in the last year, and they don't ever make you feel bad for accidentally making a noobie mistake. Well done, both of you!
