Incubator and egg help needed!!!

Hey y'all! I am a proud new 1st clutch Mommy with my pair. I have constructed my own incubator which is holding appropriate temp and humid levels but my eggs aren't looking to hot. It is a Sterilite container with damp Sphagnum moss as substrate. Along with a lightly damp paper towel lightly laid over the eggs. It has a heating pad below it. Along with a Temp/Humid meter on the inside. I put five 1/8" holes in the lid. I was using a heat lamp about 8 inches from the top of the container but I became paranoid that the direct heat was affecting them so I switched to the heating pad underneath. Any ideas on what could be happening and if my clutch is in danger?!? They were laid on 5/12/2015...

They should be fine the look ok any updated pictures would be helpful just leave them alone and make sure the moss is damp enough.
 
Unfortunately I have lost 10 and have two left. To try and save them I have this new incubator set up. I'm hoping it will help...

Remember it's not your fault if they go I'm sure the next clutch you have will be perfect have you tried candling them to see if there is anything forming?
 
They will be 5 weeks on Tuesday. I have but I'm nervous to handle because I don't want to rotate them. Two have really awesome veins when I candled them last Monday. I was waiting to check them again on Monday, cuz I was told to try and just check once a week. I know I will probably have better luck with my next clutch, but I really want one of my first to survive lol.
 
If your lucky at the bottom of the egg you might be able to see a black shape that looks like a snake and if you are even luckier you might be able to see it moving but that is usually during the last couple of weeks
