Introducing myself

I just want to introduce myself and my gorgeous Mr. Peaches who is red sunkissed corn snake. He is now 9 months old and I bought him from a reputable hobbiest who has a six year old kid who handled him under supervision so he's very tame.

He is my first pet snake and I still have a lot to learn.

Who did you buy Mr. Peaches from? I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but he's not a sunkissed. He looks like he might be a hypo, though.

Ah thanks for drawing my attention to that, I think you're right.

I bought him from a hobbiest who mostly has Blue beauties (Orthriophis taeniurus callicyanous) and sometimes breeds his corn snakes. I actually can't really tell the difference between a hypo and a sunkissed. I just know that from what they explained is that he's sunkissed but I also think he's a hypo now that I've looked at more pictures.

I don't really mind, he's beautiful and I got him with terrarium and delivery costs for 35 euros which is dirt cheap.

He is definitely a beautiful snake, but yeah, he's not sunkissed at all. Sunkissed affects the pattern subtly so that the saddles become more like rectangles. Your kiddo has the typical )___( )___( shape to his saddles while a sunkissed is more like [___] [___].
