I second that!!! and you can add several other books to that reading list:

Cornsnake Morph Guide by Charles Pritzel
Corn Snakes In Captivity by Don Soderberg
The Art of Keeping Snakes by Philippe de Vosjoli

enjoy reading. :D

Kathy is a member here too, and if you order it from her site, I believe she'll even sign it for you!

Shes a member here!?!?!? sweet!!!!! So if I order directly from her, she'll sign it??? Well thats pretty cool.. :)

Kathy posts here a lot- and it's always reassuring to hear advice from such an expert. I imagine she's pretty busy with hatching out babies at the moment, though!

Charles signs his books, too. And it comes with a cool gene symbol bookmark, _and_ you can buy it with PayPal if you want. So simple.

if you compare the price of the book to the care and health of your snakes, then no their not. I've gotten a few of the books from ebay.

Thanks everyone!

Yes, I sell all of those books on my site. And the more books you buy at once, the more you save on postage, lol!

Its fantastic, buy it!

But I honestly think a hypo lav should have been on the cover, and so does Hal LOL

Actually, Bowtie chose the cover photo from among the ones Bill submitted. It happens that the cover photo is by Don Soderberg (presumably one of his corns). There are a number of Don's photos in the book.

Who knows what they will choose next time?

I say okeetee! :) They are the best looking hands down. :) Especially when they come direct from Kathy Love herself. Hehe.

I concur that Kathy Loves book is great, I am reading up on the breeding section right now actually. I plan on breeding Mr. Icky (Okeetee) with a blizzard female I am getting from Kathy also. They are going to have messed up babies but oh well.

Wow

Well, yesterday I was at a friends house when I saw a book in his shelf and this book happened to be Corn Snakes!!! (He had it because he went to Petco and got a little Amel... So cute...) So I borrowed it and read it all in one night... MAN!!! It was one of the best corn snake books I had ever read... (And the only :p)

So thanks for the suggestions guys, talk to ya later.

most deff get a book and my recommendation is one of kathy's. I owned my first corn for a few months and was on here for a while before getting one and learned so much from it. and with future breeding plans its a great book to have on hand.
