Isabel's Package

She looks like she's in heaven Nanci, cute pics!

Our Razzle does the same when we let him have the roach box, he's also very discerning about which ones he wants to eat :D

Sometimes I wonder what a baby is like. I have only experienced an adult. Can babies be that cool, have such a developed personality?

We got our "King Kamehameha" when he was just a few days out of the egg. Immediately, he was a family winner. My kids just love him! As a baby, he did what all baby beardies do... eat, eat, and EAT! I can remember ALMOST getting frustrated that this little guy (smaller than my palm) could eat so much. It's almost 2 years now and he's a big guy who loves his 55-gallon tank.

Unlike yours, he isn't too fussy at all... often grabbing hunks of veggies with his crickets and worms. I'll try to get pics of him tomorrow so that I can share him too!

Isabel is awesome! She looking for a date? King Kam IS single... LOL.

Fred

This whole story seems like deja-vu . . . yet I don't recall pictures the first time around. :sidestep:

;)

I must have been too worried about Fay to get this yesterday...

It _is_ deja vu, only without the rounding them all up in the rain on the front steps part...

Oh god, is that what the emphasis on the package was about in this thread? How awful!

I just adore Isabelle. I made Jerry come and look at her pictures last night. He smiled and firmly said "NO." I guess he was reading my mind. But his bulliness just makes me want to go get one.

Isabel's other "package" has already been on display here during a discussion of whether females can blackbeard or not...She was not amused. Photographing her girly bits caused her to hiss at me for the first time ever.

Baby beardies are monsters lol, we have a major shortage of giant mealworms, I've not been able to get any for months, which is a shame as my four love them

Those photos of Isabel are awesome! As usual, I love how her personality just comes through in the photos...excellent! :)

(I tried to do the same once with Jolie, but in her big Sterilite container of cockroaches, and she just looked at me like I was nutz...I was hoping for an Isabel-reaction, and all I got was exasperation!)

Sometimes I wonder what a baby is like. I have only experienced an adult. Can babies be that cool, have such a developed personality?
I adore the babies; every time I'm at a show, I try to find some & "play" with them. :) Jolie had her own funny little personality, but she was first & foremost an eating-poop machine, like any baby out there. :) (She'd go through at least a box of 1000 crickets every 2 weeks! Sometimes I had to go out & get more between expos!) I really became enchanted with Jolie at about 3 mos because then, she was more developed & her personality really started to come through -- her feisty fearlessness to want to climb & run everywhere, curious with everything -- and I think that I was more relaxed and confident that I kinda knew more what I was doing & I hadn't killed her yet, so I must've been doing something right.

Hmmm...maybe an idea for this year's show in Daytona? ;)
