Just ridiculous...

:roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

After s/he rants, whines, complains, and portrays fauna as a "dictator" (with the "validation" of a definition ! ), I bust a gut after reading his/her disclaimer at the bottom of the page:

"We reserve the right to control the way the information is distributed, portrayed and used."

A right not granted, evidently, to fauna. What a maroon.

regards,
jazz

Since we know that their actions are to suppress freedom of speech

. . . If Rich is suppressing freedom of speech, what is Kingsnake.com doing?!

. . . Just who is this person that is so against Fauna? Pretty anonymous looking to me, no name/identity stands out . . . ??!!

Probably someone who has done some shady deals and got called out on the BOI. ;)

They're speaking Mandarin Chinese....

Wow, what a nutcase.

The first amendment has nothing to do with Fauna. The first amendment says that "Congress shall make no law..." It must be hard for this nutcase to figure out that Fauna is not Congress.

They aren't "hiding" behind the CDA. Fauna is no more liable for what members say than the phone company is for any conversation you have on your phone.

I'm surprised they didn't use the word "clique" on their manifesto page. :sobstory:

haha i didn't even bother to read the whole thing the half mast flag and the whole "unamerican" thing says it all. no offense to people patriotic; i think theres a difference in hating america and loving america but realizing there are problems with it. but anyway it just seems its like one of those guys that's like "this is uhmerrrrrica where jesus eats steak has a confederate flag on his pickup"

reminds me of that southpark with the future people "therrr tehkin errr jobbbs!!"

You know, maybe I'm off base here...

But this is a forum where all ages congregate...blatant cursing really isn't a kosher thing considering children are members of the forum and can read such posts.

You implied the F-word in another post, even going so far as to start us out with the F and then finish with *** for the three remaining letters. Hardly a stretch of the imagination.

I would highly suggest that you consider others and tone down your language. It's not as cool as you think. If you want to go out of your way to be an obnoxiously mouthy twit, go do it on someone else's forum.

I believe if your going to go through that big of a rant, you should run it through Word and spell check it before posting it to the world. I'm sorry, but credibility goes right out the window when you can't make it out of the first paragraph without a "typo". I've only scanned the BOI a couple times and noticed that most of the complaints were about individuals running scams through the forums or chat with a handful actually being an "established" seller (some even had good and bad reviews). As with any "company" on the net, it's your job as a consumer to do the research and make an educated decision on who you are going to give your money to. Personally, I'm a hands on consumer and prefer to do business face to face, but there are times when that isn't possible, then I ask around for references. The business of reptiles doesn't seem as fierce and cut throat as this person tries to make it sound, in fact, the market seems flooded with upstarts still in the learning stages of growing their business. Mistakes happen and I'm sure there are sour grapes from those that don't read the "fine print" on the FAQ pages when buying on line, but it's ultimately my decision after checking them out using all the info available. Word of mouth on the net, this is the new BBB, time to get used to it.... my .02

. . . yes, but who are we to decide that somebody elses 8 year old needs to learn those words from us . . .??

The thing is, even an 8 year old learns very quickly not to use those words, and then learns when/where it's appropriate to use them and when/where it's not appropriate to use them . . . public forums (of any kind) are generally not accepted locations for anyone to use profane language. Those that choose to use, or not regulate, profane language in public settings are generally viewed as rude, crude and disrespectful. I think you already got it, but I think Taceas was just trying to help you help your image. :)

That being said of course, I am an adult and am not offended by the use of the language, but am offended that children may be able to read it here . . .
