The Keys line has always made me think "Mimai Bloodred"

I'll have to get a hold of Don and ask him if the F1's from Keys X Blood have clear ventrals or an outcrossed appearance.

Do you have a pair of thses jewls?

Not sure if you mean a pair of Upper Keys or a pair of Don's "Rosy Bloods".
I have a pair of Upper Keys, but do not own any of Don's Rosy Bloods, altough I have wanted a pair ever since I layed eyes on them. One of these years I'll treat myself!
 
I meant a pair of Keys.

I'm working on Don for a pair of Rosy Bloods, seems they are in short supply.

Let me know if your Keys produce, I think I'll start a project of my own with some of them. (like I need more projects!) :bounce:
 
i found one of those guys at our house in the keys. he was in the middle of the road and was a bit injured when i found him. he was definatey out of sorts. i kept an eye on him for about a day and then released him back out. hope he wound up ok. nice looking snakes.
 
LOL, I know, I know, I have the "not another project" talk with myself at least once a day. These guys won't be big enough until next year. I underestimated the amount of food they could handle so they didn't grow up real fast. They are more lean than other corns, so I thought they would need small food items. After watching them remain the same size for six months I bumped them up and boy can they handle huge meals in comparison to their girth. Now they're growing!

Clint . I hatch some BloodredXKey corn and the I have a mixed results. Some are white plain belly and others are reduce patter belly, so figure out what going on.???????
 
Those results are for the F1 hatched, sorry but now that we can't edit, I have to make another post if I forget something.

Seems that the diffused....ack, phewy! ;) SORRY Chuck!........gene might have a slight variation showing it's self in the keys corns.

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to make room. :grin01:
