King Questions of course...

False Prophet
Ok, my king thinks she's arboreal but lacks the grace of a tree climber as she'll slide right off the branch sometimes. It also seems she lacks the prehensile tail because she doesn't hold on when I'm holding her like my corn. I always have to keep a hand free to catch her if she wanders off my hand too far and starts to drop.... I've never had a snake that didn't have a tight grip on me while holding it, is this normal in kings or was being housed in a "shoe box" with nothing to climb on until now have something to do with it? Thanks in advance....

I'm sure someone more knowledgable than me can answer; but I have noticed that my kings don't want to curl around when I'm handling them. They seem like they're just not interested, whereas some of my corns seem to like it.

yeah my king just likes to loosely sit on my hand she almost never wraps around it like my rat does, but they're not suppoded to aboreal anyway so meh i just keep a good hold on her so she doesn't slide off lol
