GRRRRRRRRR. I've reinstalled my media player and STILL can't get the cam to work!!!!!!!.. I'm sure is awesome to watch too!
 
im definatly sleeping with this hooked up to my home theater system. sweet. dont see anything but the sounds are cool.

What version did you install? There's not much happening at the moment anyways.

Seriously - the camera is looking for movement and it zoomed in on an ant hill right below it.

How does the camera find movement? It just zoomed in on two tiny birds taking a bath. The first things I've seen!

Now it's zoomed in _way_ too close on an antelope. I'd rather see the big picture. Gotta be automated- it zoomed right in on his flicking tail.

Everyone is welcome. As for this camera, I have my doubts that it is totally automated. The camera is in a national Park in South Africa. I think that there is someone controlling the camera, at least during the day.

I don't know if you will be able to use a Mac to watch it jen
 
for those who cant see it...........don't feel alone. my windows player has been acting up recently so i downloaded the new version 11 last night. same problem. anytime it comes up, it shows the video and spits it into two equal frames inside the player. plus it is all greenish, almost like night vision but that is not the problem. sound works though...........i can picture my own little safari watering hole in my head. LOL
 
I got it to almost work this morning. In fact I thought it was working. not since, I've tried d/ling MP11. but am having problems even getting the d/l to work. Can't even get sound at this point....sighhhhhhhh
 
WOAH, that's awesome! is there a website for it or just the windows media player thing? I already E-Mailed the link to a million people
 
OK, sorry I keep posting but this is awesome. Never mind about the night vision thing, it's done. Have any of you seen a snake? That would probably be the most unlikely and cool thing on it.
 
i finally got it to work on my winamp player on a different computer..........i wonder if this is some type of game preserve or something. the camera just panned back and to the left of the little pond and there seems to be a house or building of some type with a cone roof. makes me wonder if it is part of a park-site or wildlife center. :shrugs: i did see what looked to be like some zebras and either a buffalo or wildebeest. very cool though.
